Default 1.5 x .12 wall 4130 tubing

I have 200 feet of this tubing will this be good for my mini rail just want opinions

1" looks slinky, 1.25 looks slinkt IMO. i prefer 1.5" .083 wall in dom is plenty sufficent, if a excellent weldert .065 in 4130 is plenty sufficent..

Thats up to you, i wouldnt use 1" .250 wall in my buggy The 1.5 will just have extra weight... I wouldnt use chromo at all unless your an excellent welder..

My buddy is a certified tig welder he is gonna weld it for me the 1 inch tube and the 1 1/2 tube are both .12 wall

How heavy and how much horsepower do you plan on using in your buggy?

For reference, the minimum tubing for Baja SAE (10hp, 500lb cars) is 1" x .120 wall. I would not use less than 1.25" tube for roll cage members, so given your two options I would say the 1.5". The only downside is it will be heavy, but you won't have to worry about strength. You could use less bracing with the heavier tube.
