Oceano Beach Race has a mini buggy class

I would like to invite everyone with a working mini buggy to come and participate in a very unique event on the central coast of California. The event is called the Oceano Beach Race and Festival and it is held on the third weekend of October every year, this year it is the weedend for the 20th. The race is located in the Oceano Dunes svra aka Pismo Dunes. There is a class for UTV as well as mini buggies (2 classes for buggies 0-650cc and 651-1300cc). Last year there was over 20 entries. Does anyone know where you can regularly race a mini-buggy?
An 800cc Redline if it matters.
Also does anyone know where I can get any rules?
We need to figure out the fule cell.

It's a rather long story, but I do not own a Redline, but have been helping these guys from afar since they atarted this project. They do want to race these and see how they do, and I have been asked to help then find some places on the West Coast to do so. I do have two of them in storage in CA for the COmpany in between sand shows, and they are working on a video shoot to show how they work at the dunes and in the dessert on a real off-raod race course, so I will be helping put this together as well as doingthe driving. So they are now available for sale, and as a racer once we get some racing seat time I will be happy to share what the cars are like on the track. So far they are great, and I have been pestering them for a two seater, (it is being discussed), so that I can use it for my pre-runner.
