Default Krause sidewinder chain

If the 209.00 per chain scares you, they will do a 60 pin chain for 120.00....I myself only need 54, as do most people running a gear box casstte etc, I am not putting the 16000 chain off the motor, I dont see any need to do so at this time....I am running a rkxso chain on the motor, avg tensile of 9700 lbs....Prestretched...

Get the 120 with an extra master link, use what you need and sell the rest on the site. I'm sure there are more then a few who will need some of the sidewinder goodness.

Ok i put the krause chain on with 1/2" of slack, after about 30 minutes of run time give or take, it now has 1" of slack, i dont see were anything moved, would a 1/2" in 54 pins be normal?

They will stretch right away. Mine had slack like that after just hammering through all six gears a couple of times. Tighten it up and have at it again. It should settle down after a few outings.
