Default A brand new REAR DRIVE set-up!! Our rear end is done!!!

Here is a pic of our rear drive for our streetbike rhino - in this pic you see the splined jackshaft, the splined drive shaft (with internal splines to accept factory Rhino axles), and the hubs that were also splined to fit onto the drive shafts. *Everything is made from 4130 chromoly, and has also been hardened for durability. *What is not shown in this pic are the bearings that will support the shafts, and the rotor, sprockets, and flexplate that will also be mounted to the hubs. *

We are looking forward to getting this all installed, and hopefully it will be up and running in the next week or two!!!

Looks like serious gear. Very nice.

Will it be available for other Rhino owners?

Our goal is to have this available to others, yes.....the set-up is all saved and ready to go, should we need to make more of these....but we are going to run this for a little bit to be sure it doesn't need any additional changes before we sell it to others. *This kit will keep the rhino rear suspension geometry in it's stock locations....you should be able to run any a-arm kit you want, and since the drive shaft will accept rhino CVTs'......you can run any axles you want, except you will have to have the length of them made to a specific length. *Our axles are the same length as each other in the rear, and they are of the right length to keep the axles from popping out when the suspension droops all the way.....

This kit will work with any forward/rear facing sprocket/chain driven engine.....as long as it lines up in basically the same place. *We will have varied size collars which will allow you to adjust where your hubs are lined up along your shafts.....this will give the kit some adjustability depending on the engine being used.

If your not welding on them, you might want to consider switching to 4340. Machines nicer and heat treats better.
