Thanks for the reply, Could you explain the part about axle lengh at full droop, midway or half cycle, and full compression, or top of cycle, I know we want to use the maximum of the cv`s,
I have the frame on the flat work bench, with trailing arms at the same plain as frame, makeing the rear hubs slightly longer/futher back than center line of FNR axle point? So at full up droop or full down droop we are inline again, Its all in the arch at the middle! I dont know if I explained my thinking there? Moto1 |

I have also seen at Mosebuilt they place the trailing arm pivots from the frame at the same level as the RPM output shaft instead of the bottom of the frame. Supposed to allow more travel.

How would it allow more travel? All that changes is the angle of the trailing arm relative to ride height. The cv limits travel in droop, and usually the GC limits it in the compression. It may create a more desireable angle and camber curve over a lower mounted trailing arm.
