Default Vw 091 Trans Question.

HEY GUYS I WAS JUST SEEING WHO YOU WOULD RECOMMEND OR HAVE DEALT WITH THAT BUILD A NICE VW 091 TRANS THAT WILL HANDLE 250-275 HORSEPOWER. I HAVE BEEN LOOKING EVERYWHERE ONLINE AND CANT FIND MUCH AND THE FACT THAT SOMEONE IS SELLING A $3200.00"BUILT" 091 TRANS DOESNT MEAN THAT ITS BUILT RIGHT SO SEEING WHO YOU GUYS WOULD TRUST, AND OF COURSE I ALSO DONT HAVE A CORE TO HAVE REBUILT. THANKS YOU GUYS ARE GREAT.

www.Aztransaxle.com I have a member who has first hand experience with them... He is as happy as a pecker in a whore house with them...

Cant go wrong with AZ Transaxle. Bill is a nice guy, somewhere is my thread.... I will find and modify this post.


So crass, just for clarification.......

You can't go wrong with AZ Transaxle, well, maybe if Bill's dog bit you..... that's not gonna occur - even his dog is nice.....

If your in So Cal, try the Wright transmission in Riverside, or Rancho Transmission in OC, They probably have more trannies in the desert and dunes than the anyone else.

yes greg i am in so-cal, now im not speaking from experience but i was told by some friends of mine to stay away from rancho and i saw that tut uses wright but i had already been on there website and did not see anything for an 091 box on there website. does anyone have any info about a place called dan's bus box?

Dons? If you go there, a lot of people can say I Told You so... Do some search on the samba, it will provide reliable opinions on many places....
