Default cad designer HELP !!

Hello Everyone !

I am new to this site and forum so bare with me please .

I am in the middle of my own project !

I started off with a Ez GO workman golf cart. I removed the front and ear suspension, engine, steering and basically left with a bare skelton. I bought plans to construct a tubing bender off ebay and built it and currently have two dies for it ( 1 inch and 1 1/2 inch). It works great ! I since finished 85% of the main frame but the problem is I used cheap thin wall tubing because I keep changing the design and didnt want to waste lots of money. I have most of the parts to finish the construction but need HELP from someone with CAD experience who maybe local to Phoenix or who can help me complete my design with measurements.
I have a kawasaki kz 900 motor thats been punched out to a 1015 as my motor.
I enginered my own rear drive unit. I bought a short spline unit used in atv racings
gear box and inserted it into a piece of sch 80 pipe with bearings and seals with
bus cv flanges and chain sprocket.
Bus style cv and axles to a disc brake setup on each side.
I have mustang II front spindles w/disc brakes attached to a-arms with 3/4 heims

I am sure there is lots of pertinent info that I maybe leaving out !! If you think you can be of some help to me or know someone that can HELP I would greatl appreciative !!!!!

I will attach pics of this project and the important key parts this week !!!!

Thanks
Luke

Welcome to MBN! Sounds like a very interesting project and I hope someone in your area can help.

An option is to visit Racing Aspirations - a Formula 750 constructors diary (Fiat FIRE 1108) - Suspension Geometry Calculator and see what you can design on your own. Pretty neat stuff!
