Default mini kart/buggy

Long time no posting projects since jobs away from vehicle
I should post here instead of in "projects in progress",cause I dont have a garage, and it is started in CAD,dont know when it goes to prototype stage

3 weeks ago,I'd designed a tilting trike for a design house, then I decide to redesign my old project--"mini kart" with new elements

I'll post my design image step by step as you can see named in date

If someone like to correct my english, be appreciate!

Thanks!

With low budget,I'd try to combine hobby with career, but there is no Buggyman(many RC guys)in Taiwan and too low end consumer in China,I have to wait untill chances come

the power of mini kart chosen Honda scooter 2-stroke DIO-50 upgraded to 90cc,for it's light weight and easy upgrade, there are many 2nd hand out of market in Taiwan

A good friend of mine has the Dio motor in his Elite, with a big bore kit, a leo vince pipe, and a 24mm OKO carb, and it SCREAMS. I did some modding on my Minerelli motor that was in my Zuma, (the BWS overseas I think), and those would be a great motor also...

As always, very nice work hodala.

Good to see you back on the board. I was recently wondering what happened to you.
