Default Min-Bend Radius

Looking for what I have to limit my design to
Minimum bend radius for 1.25inch .095 wall thk.

Any one have a table of sizes/min-bend?

The resulting bend will be larger in radius than the die due to spring back.

How about some examples of what people have done.
ie; 1.25 DOM with .095 wall bent at 90 deg with a 3.5 inch radius
this worked well, or the tube cracked or collappsed when tried this.

Just keep in mind that a tighter bend radius imparts more stain (stretch/compression) then a gentle bend. For 1.250" I usually go with 4.5" min on critical tubing.

Off the top of my head, I believe my 1.25" die is 4" radius and I get a 4.25" radius with .095 wall DOM. I have an Ercolina Super Bender.
