No it appears to be all welded aluminum, no epoxy that I can see.

This is what I'm putting in, it's more than large enough to cool the motor, looks decent, and isn't going to make you cry should you flip the buggy over and smash it.

I considered that one as well and it appears to be very similar to the Mishimoto (they probably all come from the same factory anyway) but the fact that the seller is charging a ridiculous amount of shipping to make up for the cheap price kinda pissed me off, and they offer no indication of brand where at least Mishimoto has a website.

I got my Mishimoto on ebay for $140 shipped, not the $195 that it is advertised for.
