Shrouds would help a lot too if you ride with some speed. Then the fan doesn't need to be on at all times.

Most people cut aluminum or sheet metal and form it into scoops that stick out past the seat and push air toward the motor. I'll put a link up.

The rad I got is a 11" subaru piece, which will be installed with at least 1 scoop. This should be ok, I have been driving this buggy for several years and I have noticed the engine is a little hot at time when I stop.

Oh, it's liquid cooled? I figured it was air since it was small, or is it a 2 stroke? A fan on that size of a radiator should be plenty.
