If you hunt around your bike wrecker's yard, some bikes used an independant thermostat housing with a hose tail on each side. They're quite often mounted to the frame.

Blimey! You're taxing an old brain here you know! * *Try some mid 90s Kawasakis and Hondas for a start.

I'm sure if you told your wrecker what you're looking for, they'd be able to put their hand right onto one for you.

Jerry,

I am running a 19 X 26 X 2 Chevy small block on a '95 CBR 900RR. *I run almost strictly san (Buttercup) but will run the desert when I need some speed during the summer. *I have zero issues with heat, but am still using the stock thermostat so I don't have an issue with running too cool.

A few minutes on a lather and you can make an adapter down to the size tubing you need. *CarQuest carried 1in heater hose that worked perfect for me.

Stay away from the dual pass, it required more pressure. *I had overheating problems even in the winter and at Flag in the summer when I first bought the car. *My problem was the dual pass radiator and there were sections of 1" .120 wall DOM in the cooling routing.

Now I don't even need to turn the fan on.

I decides to go with a 2000 toy corrola radiator. It is about the same size and it has a fill neck and better mounting. It does not have acooling sensor thur. iplan to drill and tap the radiator and put one in and find an inline thermo stat housing like Rorty said.

Thanks *again Guys

You may find that your motor allready has a Thermosta built into it. My 700 Rotax has it built into the head.

Would your pump not circulate it? I'm using a del sol radiator, 2 inch thick, 14 by 17 i believe. All aluminum, made by mishimoto. Should work good for my 750.
