Default Civic Radiator Shrouds

Here's the shroud I've come up with for mounting the Civic radiator fans.
This shroud will fit the aftermarket Civic aluminum radiators sold on Ebay.
This is the dual core 16.5" x 14.25" x 2" with 12" fan.
It can be mounted on either side of the rad.
I only made 3 and these are all spoken for. I will make more if there is any interest. I also make the rubber isolator bushings for these radiators.

There's approx. 15/16" clearance between the coling fins and the fan's base.

It also has an edge seal along the top and bottom.

I drill the side plates and add #10-32 threaded A-T insert nuts for mounting. This must be done very carefully. you can easily puncture the core if you drill too deep.

How much for the shroud? Also does it include the fan?

pm me for a price.

Self tapping screws may also work to attach the shroud.
Or I may do a kit that would include the insert nuts and instalation tool.

The fans can be purchased seperate from the same Ebay seller as the radiator.

It looks like the edge of an underlying weld to me. Anyway, really nice work Rick. Those fans and radiators don't look too expensive either.

I wanted one to rig up the plastic radiator cover that Honda puts in front of the stock set up on the Pilot. When I mentioned this to Rick, he didn't care for the rig up part and had me make some measurements of the part. A week later I had a shroud that fit the cover like it was made for it. Oh yeah, it was! Thanks Rick.
