Default Cooling issures!!

I have a desert karts panther with a ninja 600 motor. Im using a honda Goldwing radiator. Here is my problem. When i drive it on the street at steady rpms, it seems to heat up. It will get to 240 if I dont shut it off after about 10 min of steady driving. Here is the weird part. If I come to a stop it imeadiately starts to cool down. I have checked my routing and everything seems ok. I don't have a radiator overflow though. I need some help.

Got pics? How fast are you going on the street? Maybe at speed airflow is an issue to the radiator?

Do you have a fan on it? Is the fan working against the airflow perhaps? (I've seen it done before!)

Fan is working with the airflow. It is pulling air, and is on the backside of the radiator.

Not sure on the year, but I would guess it to be at least a few years old.

On the street anywhere from 40mph to 60mph on the highway. It does it at any speed. I don't think its an airflow problem, but instead some sort of coolant flow problem.

Get a piece of clear tube at a hardware store and see if it seems to flow coolant properly? (Just to test) Maybe the pumps got an issue?

You sure the airs out of the system? I still think pics might help someone spot something.

Maybe you reversed inlet and outlet from engine to radiator. Sounds crazy but could happen . . .

I would also wonder if the drivers head in front of the radiator might be an issue?

Ever try driving it with your head out the side to see if that makes a diff? Lets air hit the radiator head on?

You SURE the radiators big enough for the heat generated while its working to move the machine? Might explain why it heats up while working but the radiator cools enough at idle?
