OK Check the TORS next (Carbs Throttle over ride system switches) they cut the spark if the carbs are not in perfect synchro.

If you look at number 3 and 4 in your diargam the throttle switch and the TORS are connected so if the CDI is not seeing what it needs to from them it might not spark.

The initial spark is as it gets spinng then realizes the engineers conditions are not being met.

Does it spark just once? Or two or three times?

For now I would check EVERY wire in and out of the CDI for its proper signal. If the signals are correct the CDI may be bad.

I beleieve its a common pulse coil. See the coil feeds both plugs.

I THINK all the grounds are good, they are all grounded to the block in the same spot.I tried to ground every thing that is grounded on the schematic.

The one wire i am not sure about goes to the "engine stop" switch. The schematic shows it grounded through the main switch and also through the engine stop switch?

The "Engine stop switch" To kill the motor either one (main or engine stop) simply grounds out the signal and kills the spark.

You say NO key switch and NO handle bar switch. WHAT did you do with those wires??
