Default Barker Racing electronics

anyone ever used Jeff Barker from Barker racing to do hayabusa harness?? He is out of New York. I sent my harness to him 2 months ago and after he told me it would take a week to do I still have not got it back and now he wont return my emails or calls. Anyone have any info?? Thanks
