Description: The ProtoDie 930 C.V. live axle kit is used in motorcycle engine powered vehicles with independent rear suspension. Vehicles like mini buggies, sand rails, dune buggies, side by side, Rhino, Razr, and so forth. We have been using this drive train setup for years in our GSXR 600 powered race buggies. With this kit, a motorcycle engine can be mounted into a chassis or roll cage. Then a chain runs from the engine back to a sprocket mounted on this live axle drive train setup for independent rear suspension. The bearing retainer blocks in this kit are welded to the chassis. Each retainer block hold two 1 3/8" dia. sealed bearings 930 C.V.s and axles mount directly to the drive flanges. Description: The cage is built with 1 1/4" main tubing in .0125 on the two center rails, .095 and .083 on the rest of the frame and 3/4" tubing for the webbing in .065 This photo shows the smaller more kids size car for young adults and can be built in many sizes or tubing sizes as well. Wheel base can be different also depending on size of cab and if you go rear engine or mid engine etc. It can be set up for anyone to fit into it. The frame starts at 9ft from front bumper to back bumper and goes larger depending on your size etc. The specs on the buggy in the photo is 48" wide at mid rail. 19" high sides 45" at bottom cab section front to rear for seats and pedals 22" tall window and roof height 36" bottom section for motor and cage area. 16" long bottom tubes for mounting a arms on to the front 24" top nose bars for front bumper etc. It is a frame only, you finish, has no a arms etc. but you can set up any a arms from rhino arms to whatever up to you. Description: I have started a Jeep build and have found that a Jeep will be far more functional in my area than a sand/trail buggy so I am selling the buggy in whole or in parts. Have flex lines at all joints but brakes need to be done. Needs body panels and dash. suspension need to be dialed in but all links are on 1/2" heims so this will make it a breeze. Description: Here I have a used Willans Cam Lock 6 point harness. This harness retails for over $300 new. The Tag is expired so it had to be removed from the car in order to meet race regulations. The belting is a bit faded and the buckles do have some light scratches. Great Harness for general use. It will not pass a race inspection due to the date of manufacture. Description: I have 2 low mileage 2003 yamaha R1 motors, both with less than 1000 miles. The motor in the car had 700 miles on it and the spare had 350 miles on it. Included is EVERYTHING needed for a complete streetbike drivetrain. Trust me the motor is just the half of it in these cars as most of you know. Included is the R1 factory race harness and computer, power comander, factory gauges (the way to go so you can do onboard diagnostics with the gauges), Custom aluminium intake with K&N, aftermarket stainless header w/ muzzy slipon muffler, battery, radiator and hoses, extra factory header, extra radiator and fan, extra harness, and severial other extras. I also am including the shifter I had setup. This set up is fast. I can keep up with my buddys acura V6 and I have NEVER been beat by a vw powered car. For the rear drive hub I had a splined shaft for made by Jeff @ jeffco with moly 930 drive flanges. The hub has a flange to bolt different sprockets to ,currently a 70 tooth, and an 11" drilled inboard brake rotor with willwood caliper. All hub bearings are high quality sealed bearings. Also included is the complete harness from my car. This harness has everything bypassed such as exup valve and kickstand switch. All of this takes quite a bit of time. The harness runs up to a switch box with everything even aux switches for things such as lights. The harness is all labeled for easy hook up. You should only need a fuel pump (motor already has a regulator). This is a very complete setup and will cut down a ton of time and headaches.

Description: This is a pair of uprights that I made for my Edge Barracuda build which I did not use. I had these powdercoated flourecent green but during the build I ended up going a different direction and did not have the heart to ruin the powder coating to suit my changes so I started from scratch. The uprights are fully TIG welded by a certified welder and $100 was spent on the 5 coat powder job including a clear coat. The uprights were also post machined for excellent bearing fits. I am actually taking a loss on these Items but no longer have use for them. They were installed but never used. Thanks for looking.
