Having one one hand is nice but a decent one is a few bucks for sure.
Options involve finding someone near you from a site like this who can "lend a bend" or more likely is to find a local race car shop who can bend the tubes for a few bucks.
Either way you need to know what you want and need done so that you do not take up a lot of thier time.
If the shop has to do a lot of figuring and marking BEFORE bending the price is gonna go up of course. If its clearly marked and they can just slip it in the bender and bend it they will be more likely to cut you a deal on the cost.
Same goes for a fellow bugggier. Make it as easy on a person helping as possible.
Notchers can be many things. You want a hole saw notcher? Or do you want a different kind? Got a decent sized lathe handy?
