, I wouldn't say that it's a charity so much as a resource for a lot of us, that being said many on the site would hate to lose it, including me, and would rather help pay for the costs then have the thing go down, so if a donate thing was set up along with the advertising it might make the whole thing cost neutral
ya I bet that's frustrating not being able to put up an add for someone that's paid, i also think that w650's idea isn't a bad one, just not shure how it would work
anyway I think it's probably worth a shot to do a donate thing, but that's just my opinion
I do think that it would be a good idea to let the site users know the situation and get their thoughts on it, but I really don't know what people would do
