Totally with Bugpac on this one, like it says on the Bosch book as well, I don't says book or theory is always right but the base of it is proven.
The problem of this is that it will need to be more tight on tolerance, the shaft need to be perfectly parallel to insure booth chain take the same load all the time even at the peak of the load, I saw my 1" shaft flexing with the sprocket just on the "side" of the bearing.
To late I already got my 630 I will be glad to experiment the dual stuff.
