I'm sure the North Koreans were listening. Maybe now they'll think the new administartion is friendly and no massive threat so there's no need to bomb anybody? Maybe they'll just throw all their weapons away because nobody out there seems to want to fight anymore?
Maybe all the adjectives translate to the same word - they may just think he's a stutterer?
