They're (cam locs) nice because you can put your belts on w/o having to loosen everything as much as you do with a regular setup.
There are a lot of racing bodies that won't allow a cam loc. If you plan on racing, go with a regular style latch and avoid something that might be an issue in tech.

That's probably true but I have caught the latch with arm restraints and come unlatched during a run.Not a nice feeling.I will always use camlocks unless forced to do differently.
