I'm pretty sure the original message was posted before, or at least the part at the bottom about which companies import oil from the middle east. And I'm pretty sure the resultant discussion showed that it was untrue since most crude oil is all mixed together at the refinery where it is made into gas and bought by the gas station companies. After all it is a chain letter...
