What a perfect day.
Sun was out and plenty of racing was *had by all.
Could not have asked for a better weekend and event.
The MORE group raised over 40 thousand dollars by
the time the race started and more money was coming
in.
So the cause worked and helped to raise a lot of money.
Not sure of the total yet.
As for the racing as I was in the Tech line getting the little
buggy checked in for the race I was able to meet a couple
peoplel.
AZ1600 nice to put a face to the name.
How did you guys/gals do?
We finished 11th in the morning group out of the 65+ cars
that took the line.
My wife had a lot of fun and did an awesome job driving.
No crashes etc.
She did get two flats one was a bent rim and tire pop.
So its very bad and the other is a very bad cut in the side
wall with some leaking.
So a couple new tires and all will be good.
The car did very well yet again and ran 5 laps in
3 hours.
I believe in the morning group only about 11 cars where able
to do 5 laps and the winner did 6 laps.
Very fun and what a great day.
It was so fun to watch and help all the ladies racing.
They just where so happy and having so much fun.
Know thats what racing should be all about.
Just running your car enjoying the day and just being
lucky enough to have a race car to go and race.
Awesome.
Its the only word I can say to let everyone know how much
fun it was for the Tut Tech Team.
We had a blast.
Great racing, Great friends and Family.
We could not have done this without our friends and mostly
our Family.
So thanks to everyone who went and helped and made the
event so awesome.
See you next year.
