Brian Treat, Commander-In-Chief of the Federation comes from a family of Ex-Marines and off-road gearheads. Commander Treat was genetically engineered so that he could adapt to the harsh Desert Ecosystem of the Southwestern United States. After suffering through years of walking and other primitive methods of travel Brian had enough. There had to be a vehicle that would take him across this war torn territory swiftly, reliably, safely, and stealthily. Brian had $33,950 to spend but was unable to find the Fast Attack Vehicle he required. There was no vehicle that even came close to offering what Commander Treat required. It became obvious that Commander Treat had to take the matter into his own hands. The research began and Federal Sandrail was born.

For the past 3 years, Federal Sandrail has been researching, designing, developing and bulletproofing the ultimate mid-size sand weapon, the Federal UZI. This long, pain staking, high-budget process was necessary in order for Federal to deliver a variety of platforms that both the military and the public have been demanding for decades.
